The Sage Barista Express Impress SES876BSS delivers third-wave speciality coffee at home, combining precision, automation, and hands-on barista control in one machine. It allows you to go from fresh beans to espresso in under a minute.
The integrated conical burr grinder offers 25 grind settings and intelligent dosing, automatically adjusting based on previous use to help ensure consistency. The Impress™ Puck System provides assisted tamping with a constant 10kg pressure and a barista-style finishing twist for a clean, even coffee puck.
It uses Sage’s 4 Keys Formula: precise dose, optimal water pressure, accurate temperature control, and microfoam milk texturing for café-quality results. The 54 mm stainless steel portafilter with an 18g dose delivers full-bodied espresso with rich flavour.
Low-pressure pre-infusion followed by 9-bar extraction ensures smooth, balanced coffee, while the Thermocoil heating system with PID control maintains a stable 93°C brewing temperature.
The powerful steam wand creates silky microfoam milk, ideal for lattes and latte art.
